I started working at Adaption as an intern. In the last year of my study ICT at the Fontys Utrecht University of Applied Sciences I started working at Adaption to do research for my graduation. After I graduate I started working as an Oracle Software Developer at Adaption.

Grow together

During my first meeting it was very clear to me that Adaption was looking for studious and driven co-workers. My experience was mainly based on school projects, I didn’t have that much experience in practise. It was directly clear to me that Adaption was looking for motivated people that want to grow together with Adaption. It was no problem that I didn’t have the experience, it was more important that I was willing to learn.

Nice way of working

The thing that really helped me was the streamlined way of working at Adaption. There are a lot of control tools and resources available like your colleagues and guidelines. If you don’t know what to do anymore, there is always a colleague who wants to help you.
Today I am already working a year and a half as an Oracle Software Developer at Adaption and I learned a lot. I didn’t only grow as an Oracle Software Developer but also as a team player.
